Congrats on getting your prospecting up and running! 

Here are a couple of quick and easy steps to get you started.

1. Be ready.

There is no point in hiring an appointment setter unless you are prepared to attend the appointments.  Sounds obvious we know, however, it can be difficult to execute.

Regardless if we generate a Face to Face lead, or a phone based callback, we strongly urge clients to call the lead within the first 5 minutes to confirm the appointment and establish some rapport.

This eliminates the whole, "I don't remember speaking with your caller" conversation that can happen when you guy a few days without speaking.

Remember... Dozens of hungry agents are calling the same seller lead.  It's best to confirm times and details of conversations while they are still fresh in the prospect's mind.
