Salary: 30,000 pesos per month starting basic pay + Incentives of 50,000+ pesos per month. (13th Month also paid by company)
Cutyourpayroll.com is a Global RPO Recruitment Agency located in Tokyo, Japan. We specialize in providing talent acquisition services to global companies doing business in the APAC area. We are looking for a Consultant to assist in locating bi-lingual candidates in the STEM Markets (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
The ideal candidate for this role should be self-motivated and highly disciplined. They will work remotely and are expected to self-manage their time and efforts consistently. Commission bonuses for productive work and a job well done will be offered. This position has clear and structured tracks for move up as well.
Responsibilities:
- Locate on-target potential candidates to add to our existing candidate database
- Locate corporate clients with jobs available and advertise those jobs to our database
- Make connections with qualified, on-target candidates and qualify them further
- Set phone appointments for the purpose of discussing potential career roles
- Set face to face appointments for the purpose of discussing potential career roles
- Assist in submitting CVs of candidates to our existing clients for hire consideration

Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience as a Recruitment Consultant
