The primary responsibility of a Researcher is to support Recruitment Consultants / Account Managers to attract and retain candidates (job-seekers) for clients. Typical day-to-day activities might include: Writing job adverts and posting them online (job-boards, social media etc.)
Researchers assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and consultants, providing general administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants.
